I restored my iphone to a previous accident backup and now I find that really an important note

Then I saw in iTunes called iPhone restore smtn the previous backup and I clicked, but now I can not find very important values that I had in it a way to bring back the note?

I had the same problem when my old iphone broke and I managed to replace it. I fear that the notes are gone. Although you can call Apple to see if they have something special.
